![]() US. District Judge William Griesbach has recently ruled that police officers can install cameras on private property to catch drug dealers. This sounds ok at first glance but what if Brendan Spaar was to tell you that these deputies could install the cameras without asking for permission first? That's right, the sherrif deputies can install cameras on private property without obtaining a warrant first. This should serve to reinforce the point that Americans have no expectation of privacy even on their own property. If someone wants to watch you, they will watch you. To think that we have rights in this country is to be misinformed. The first Amendment went out the window a long time ago and now the 4th is about to be a thing of the past. All the while, Americans are only concerned with protecting the 2nd Amendment. Why have a 2nd Amendment if you aren't going to use it to defend the others Source: http://news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-57542510-38/court-oks-warrantless-use-of-hidden-surveillance-cameras/ Comments are closed.
