Deputies arrest preachers in New Orleans

Several preachers were arrested in New Orleans recently for chanting anti-gay slurs at the Southern Decadence festival which is held every year.  The clergy were using bullhorns after 8:30pm which is against the city's noise ordinances.  Everyone has a right to free speech so long as it doesn't disrupt the comfort of others.  I think yelling and screaming hatred into a bullhorn at 8:30 at night violates said right.  Brendan Spaar rides his bike while listening to music in New Orleans.
