![]() Officer Christopher Webb probably won't be invited back to Career Day at a Tularosa New Mexico area Elementary School anytime soon. The school was holding a career day so that children could learn more about different professions and start thinking about what they wanted to be when they grow up. Well Officer Webb was sent by the police department to demonstrate what deputies do. The cop allegedly made a skit where he asked a boy to clean his patrol car. When the boy jokingly said no as part of the act, the deputy drew his taser. What was supposed to be a safety instruction all of a sudden went horribly wrong when the Taser allegedly discharged, striking the boy. Now Brendan Spaar realizes that this was an accident but you can never be too careful with these sorts of things. Next time Officer Webb should make sure that his Taser is set to stun (bad Star Trek pun). Source: http://www.abqjournal.com/main/2012/10/31/news/officer-tases-boy-at-school.html Comments are closed.
